Markov Chain Twitter Bot

I created a Twitter Bot that automatically scraped all of the tweets from a trending topic then created a new tweet using a markov chain sentence generator. I never actually let it loose on Twitter, because in my testing I found that some of the tweets the bot generated would probably have gotten the bot banned.
